Accounting, tax and advice that moves your business forward
Most small businesses get their books done late, their taxes filed at the last minute, and advice only when something goes wrong. We do it differently: your books stay current every month, your tax position is planned through the year, and you have a seasoned finance professional you can actually call when a decision matters.
Every engagement is led by one of our partners: PwC-trained qualified professionals with more than 75 years of combined experience across auditing, accounting, tax and finance, including CFO-level positions at world-leading multinationals. The day-to-day work runs through our managed offshore team, which is how we keep professional-grade service at below-market rates.
Monthly bookkeeping, done properly
Clean books are the foundation of everything else: taxes, financing, selling the business one day. Our bookkeeping is not data entry. Every file is reviewed by a qualified professional before it reaches you.
Starter, $199/month. For early-stage businesses with straightforward transactions. Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, categorized transactions, and a monthly profit and loss and balance sheet.
Growth, $399/month. For growing businesses with higher transaction volumes, inventory or multiple revenue streams. Everything in Starter, plus accounts receivable and payable tracking, monthly close with adjusting entries, and quarterly review calls.
Scale, $699/month. For established businesses that need finance-function depth. Everything in Growth, plus management reporting with commentary, KPI tracking, and priority turnaround.
All plans are in Canadian dollars, HST extra, billed month to month.
Tax services
Corporate tax (T2), from $449. Prepared accurately and filed on time, with planning conversations through the year so there are no surprises in April. We look at salary versus dividend mix, capital cost allowance timing and available credits as part of the return, not as an afterthought.
Personal tax (T1), from $89. For business owners and individuals. We handle employment income, self-employment, rental properties and investments, and we coordinate your personal return with your corporate planning.
HST/GST filings, $99/quarter. Prepared and filed every period, with input tax credit reviews so you are not leaving money on the table.
CRA correspondence support. If the CRA sends a letter, a review notice or an information request, we help you respond properly and on time.
Advisory for decisions that matter
Fractional CFO, from $1,200/month. Senior financial leadership without a full-time hire: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, pricing analysis and board or lender reporting. For businesses that have outgrown bookkeeping but are not ready for a $200,000 hire.
Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow. Forward-looking plans built from your actual numbers, updated as conditions change, so you always know what is coming.
KPI dashboards. Real-time reporting on the numbers that drive your business, in plain language you can act on.
New business setup. Entity selection guidance, registrations and getting your finances structured right from day one, so you do not pay later to fix early mistakes.
Cloud accounting setup, migration and cleanup, from $249. Get onto QuickBooks Online or Xero properly, or fix months or years of backlog. Cleanup work is billed at $45/hour with an estimate up front.
Compilation engagements, from $750. Compilation Engagement Report financial statements for lenders, partners and stakeholders.
Consulting, $125/hour. For one-off questions and projects that do not fit a monthly plan.
